was developed exclusively to provide "hands on testing"
evaluations that can accurately assess the basic competencies, technical
and mechanical skills of all potential candidates. Tests cover everything
from Forklift operation, schematics, counting/stacking, number recognition,
shop math to CNC Machining. We don't accept what applicants say
they can do, we verify it!
MindScope Integrated Software
Front Line Work Force Inc.’s customized database gives us
the ability to custom match our qualified applicants with the specific
requirements of our clients. By inputting the data received from
the candidate's resumé, test results and the interview, this
process ensures that the right fit is achieved for every job order.
QWIZ 7.2
Qwiz is one of the most widely accepted and trusted skills assessment
software programs utilized in North America. At Front Line Work
Force Inc. all potential clerical candidates are tested to analyze
the depth of an applicant’s skills in a number of software
such as DOS, Mac, and Windows. Based on standardized instructions,
automatic scoring and computer monitored time limits, the printed
results provide accurate methods of assessing an applicant’s
level of proficiency.
TOEFL®
TOEFL is a comprehensive training program designed to assess an
applicant's communication and interpersonal skills. This addresses
both verbal and nonverbal communication, applicants learn how active
listening skills and feedback are part of effective communication.
